Installation

What it covers

Every VINCI machine is installed by a certified VINCI technician who ensures that your equipment is set up correctly from the very first day. We handle everything from positioning and plumbing connection to pressure calibration, water filter installation, and initial performance testing. We do not consider an installation complete until your machine is pulling shots that meet our standard and yours.

How it works

Step 1. Confirm your order. Once your machine is confirmed, our team contacts you to schedule the installation at a time that suits your operation.

Step 2. We arrive prepared. Our certified technician arrives with all necessary tools and materials — no waiting, no delays.

Step 3. Full setup and handover. We complete the installation, run performance tests, and walk your team through the basic operation of the machine before leaving. A full installation report is provided for your records.


Preventive Maintenance

What it covers

Regular preventive maintenance is the single most important thing you can do to protect the performance and longevity of your espresso machine. VINCI's maintenance program covers full internal cleaning, group head inspection, gasket and screen replacement, boiler pressure check, pump calibration, and a complete performance test — all carried out by a certified VINCI technician on a scheduled basis.

Coffee machines work hard. Mineral deposits, coffee oils, and general wear accumulate over time and gradually degrade performance, often before any visible signs appear. Our preventive maintenance program catches and addresses these issues before they become problems, keeping your machine in peak condition and avoiding the cost and disruption of emergency repairs.
